We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Every message is handled personally, with a straight answer and the level of care you would expect from a first edition house.

Before you order

All Mark I pieces are made to order, which means delivery takes longer than fast fashion. We build for longevity, not speed. If you have questions about sizing, materials or timelines, reach out before placing your order. We would rather get it right than get it fast.
